During the action locking period, Target Creator is able to modify or reverse an action you drove for them (i.e., an order generated through the tracking link you provided to your audience). This happens if there is an instance that occurs outside of the contract terms, like if a customer cancels a subscription and requests a refund. Actions are locked 15 days after the end of the day they are tracked.
When do my actions lock?
- From the top navigation menu, select Reports.
- From the left navigation menu, select Under Contract.
- Check the Locking Date column for the desired conversion.
